Bryan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving business disputes, cryptocurrency, class actions, multi-district litigation, and insurance coverage.
Bryan has over a decade of experience providing his clients with creative and innovative solutions in high stakes matters. In the wake of the Great Recession, he defended financial institutions’ directors and officers against FDIC claims that they breached their fiduciary duties. In one of the lawsuits, he was able to obtain over $100 million in insurance coverage by crafting arguments of first impression, which were upheld on appeal. He represented Dr. Craig Wright in a multi-billion-dollar lawsuit involving the creation and development of the most well-known cryptocurrency—Bitcoin. He also helped a nationwide class of plaintiffs obtain invaluable insurance coverage for the lifesaving cure for hepatitis C.
Bryan has been recognized in Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2021 and 2022. He also has received the Daily Business Review’s Professional Excellence “On the Rise” Award, and Legacy Magazine’s Top 40 under 40 award. He has previously served on the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyer Division Board of Governors, and as the Vice-President of the Willkie D. Ferguson Bar Association.
